Mindee, I just made homemade part-wheat bread (about 1/2 and 1/2) and it turned out really good, I am trying 100% wheat this weekend and if it turns out I'm going to post it on my blog and you can try it. We don't buy bread from the store anymore, it's cheaper to make it, and since there are only two of us 4 loaves will last us a month!
